Don't Be Sidelined Because Your Organization Failed to Submit a Budget for the 2010-2011 Academic Year!
For the second year, ASEWU organizations and programs will be doing their annual fiscal budget forms online. In order to access the budgeting system, organizations and programs must meet all eligibility requirements as stipulated in the ASEWU bylaws and constitution before they will be given access to the login system. If you did not attend the November 12 special "how to" budgeting session and you would like to apply and receive a budget packet, please contact Grace Callahan in the ASEWU office, PUB 303, or at 359-2514. If you have questions, contact the ASEWU Finance Vice President, Patrick Spanner, at 359-6538. Budgets are due on Thursday, December 3.
