The ASEWU Executive Vice President shall be responsible for the management of all ASEWU money and properties and shall supervise all expenditures of ASEWU funds. The Finance Vice President shall be a voting member and chair the finance committee of the ASEWU Council. Each month, the Finance Vice President shall present to the ASEWU Council a detailed financial statement each month summarizing ASEWU funds for that month. They shall publish an annual budget book summarizing the upcoming years budget requests and recommendations as well as budget requests and the budgeted amounts for the past five (5) years. |
