An act to establish and continue the incorporation of ASEWU.
Be it enacted by the ASEWU Council that: SECTION 1: Confirmation The ASEWU hereby confirms its vote of February 2, 1976 to become an incorporated non-profit corporation of the State of Washington. Incorporation was reestablished July 13, 1988. SECTION 2: Annual Filing The ASEWU President or his/her designee shall file on an annual basis those reports required by the Secretary of State for the State of Washington for the purpose of maintaining the incorporation of ASEWU. SPONSOR: 3: Funding The ASEWU Council shall budget for the annual filing of the incorporation paperwork.
